1. What is your boat?

Our boat is the amaranth-colored Marco Polo and the service is provided by Coop.Itinera.

2. Where is boarding located?

Boarding for regular departures is located in Scali Novi Lena » see on Google Maps
Some special events may have different meeting points, and in this case boarding will be clearly specified on the event booking page as well as in the order summary e-Mail.

3. How long is the boat tour?

The sailing time of the regular tour is approximately 45 minutes. La presentazione all’imbarco è richiesta almeno 15 minuti prima della partenza. Special events may last longer depending on the type of event.

4. How much does the boat tour cost?

The cost of a regular tour is € 12 for adults, € 6 for children aged 6 to 12, and free for children under 6. Special events have a different cost depending on the type of event. Regular tours also include departures at a promotional cost with dedicated dates and times.
The cost is however clearly indicated (including discounts) when booking.

5. Are there any discounts for children?

Yes. Children receive discounts according to age and tour type. The discounted price is visible when booking/ordering online.

6. Are there discounts for the elderly or special categories?

There are no discounts for seniority or special working categories. There are discounts for severely disabled persons or persons in wheelchairs and accompanying persons. Disabled persons in wheelchairs may only board if able to sit on the benches as we cannot accommodate open wheelchairs.

7. Where can we park?

There are numerous car parks near our boarding points. You can use the Google Maps service to view them on the map and get directions.

8. Is it possible to book the boat for tourist or school groups?

Yes. Reservation tours are available for tourist groups and school groups. Special events and guided tours are available in combination with the boat tour (visit of the Old Fortress, the Covered Market, the City Museum and much more).
