Our boat is the Marco Polo, easily identifiable by its amaranth (burgundy) color. The service is operated by Coop. Itinera in collaboration with the Compagnia Portuale di Livorno.
The boarding point for scheduled tours is located at Scali d'Azeglio, by the Cantina del Palio Marinaro.

There are several parking solutions near the Scali d'Azeglio boarding point (Cantina del Palio Marinaro):

- Piazza Mazzini: Parking area within short walking distance.
- Porta a Mare Parking (Coop area): Underground parking located in Piazza Luigi Orlando, ideal for long-term or covered parking.

Important note: You are required to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Rates for scheduled tours are as follows:
- Adults: € 13
- Children (ages 6–12): € 7
- Children (under 6 years of age): Free

The final price, including any applicable discounts, will always be clearly displayed during the booking process.
There are no discounts based on seniority or job category. However, free rates are available for:
- Severely disabled persons or wheelchair users and their caregivers.
Accessibility note: Due to the technical structure of the vessel, it is not possible to remain seated in a wheelchair during the tour. Boarding is only permitted if the passenger is able to transfer independently or with assistance to the onboard benches. The wheelchair must be folded during navigation.
